Welcome to MindMirror AI. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile games — including Magnet Mayhem: Scrap City and Merge Market: Sort & Serve — and all related applications and services (collectively, "Services") developed and published by MindMirror AI ("we", "our", or "us").

By downloading, installing, or using any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use our Services. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

2. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our Services for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms. This license does not include the right to:

• Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our Services
• Use our Services for commercial purposes without written permission
• Copy, distribute, or create derivative works from our content
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks
• Use our Services in any way that violates applicable law

3. User Accounts

Some features require you to sign in with a Google account. By signing in, you:

• Authorize us to access your basic profile information (name, email, photo)
• Accept responsibility for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• Agree that you are responsible for all activity under your account

We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account. If you suspect unauthorized use, contact us immediately.

4. Virtual Currency and Items

Our games feature virtual currencies and items, including but not limited to:

• Scrap Metal: Earned through gameplay by clearing levels, chaining combos, and completing challenges
• Gems: Premium currency that may be earned in-game or purchased with real money
• City Buildings: Virtual structures unlocked using Scrap Metal in the city-building metagame
• Power-ups and Boosters: Consumable items that assist gameplay
• Remove Ads: A permanent entitlement that removes interstitial advertisements

All virtual currencies and items are:

• Licensed, not sold — you receive a limited license to use them within the game
• Non-transferable — they cannot be transferred between accounts, games, or users
• Non-exchangeable — they have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash, gift cards, or other consideration
• Subject to modification — we may adjust balances, pricing, or availability as part of game updates

5. In-App Purchases

Our games offer in-app purchases processed through Google Play Billing. By making a purchase:

• You authorize Google to charge your selected payment method
• You acknowledge that all purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or Google Play's refund policies
• Consumable purchases (e.g., Gem packs) cannot be refunded once the items have been credited to your account
• Non-consumable purchases (e.g., Remove Ads) are tied to your Google account and can be restored on any device via the Restore Purchases feature

If a purchase fails to deliver due to a technical error, the game will attempt to process pending purchases on next launch. If the issue persists, contact us with your Google Play order ID for resolution.

Pricing

Prices are displayed in your local currency as determined by Google Play. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes do not affect previously completed purchases.

6. Rewarded Advertisements

Our games offer optional rewarded advertisements that provide in-game benefits (e.g., extra moves, streak freezes, bonus currency). Watching rewarded ads is always voluntary and never required to progress in the game. Ad availability depends on network conditions and third-party ad inventory.

7. Cloud Saves and Data

When signed in with a Google account, your game progress is automatically saved to the cloud. You acknowledge that:

• Cloud saves require an active internet connection
• We are not responsible for data loss due to device failure, account compromise, or service interruptions
• If a conflict exists between local and cloud data, you may be prompted to choose which version to keep
• Deleting the game without signing in may result in permanent loss of unsaved progress

8. Social Features

Our games may include social features such as friend codes, friend lists, and challenges. By using these features:

• You consent to your display name being visible to friends you add
• You agree not to use social features to harass, spam, or abuse other players
• You acknowledge that challenge data is stored in our database and accessible to the recipient

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, hacks, or unauthorized third-party tools
• Exploit bugs or glitches for unfair advantage (please report them to us instead)
• Manipulate game data, memory, or network traffic
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other players through social features
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt our Services or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems
• Create multiple accounts to exploit promotional offers or circumvent bans

10. Intellectual Property

All content in our Services — including but not limited to graphics, artwork, character designs (including Mayor Scrapp), music, sound effects, text, code, game mechanics, UI elements, and trademarks — is owned by MindMirror AI or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of any content.

The names "Magnet Mayhem", "Scrap City", "Merge Market", and "MindMirror AI" are trademarks of MindMirror AI.

11. Advertisements

Our free-to-play games display advertisements from third-party ad networks (Google AdMob). By using our Services, you acknowledge that:

• Interstitial ads may appear between levels or game sessions
• You may purchase the "Remove Ads" option to eliminate interstitial advertisements
• Rewarded ads remain available even after purchasing Remove Ads (they are optional and provide bonus rewards)
• Ad content is provided by third parties and we do not control or endorse it

12. Service Availability

We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time without prior notice. This includes:

• Adding, modifying, or removing game features, levels, or content
• Adjusting game balance, difficulty, or economy
• Performing maintenance or deploying updates
• Discontinuing a game entirely (with reasonable notice where possible)

We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of our Services.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MindMirror AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data or game progress
• Loss of virtual items or currency
• Interruption of gameplay
• Unauthorized access to your account
• Any third-party content or advertisements

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50 USD, whichever is greater.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MindMirror AI, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of our Services.

16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your license to use our Services ceases immediately
• You may lose access to your account, game progress, and any associated purchases
• No refund will be provided for any virtual items or unused purchases

You may terminate your account at any time by requesting account deletion (see our Privacy Policy).

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal action.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the game or posted on this page. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using our Services.
